Appointed Secretary in March 2026, after three decades in the Cook Islands public service beginning in 1992. She has previously been Secretary for Infrastructure, High Commissioner to New Zealand, and Chief of Staff in the Office of the Prime Minister. Educated at Victoria University of Wellington. Of Pukapukan descent, she speaks English, Rarotongan Māori and Pukapukan.
