The Ministry administers the legislation giving domestic effect to several of those instruments.

  • Anti-Personnel Mines Act 2007
  • Chemical Weapons (Prohibition) Act 2007
  • Nuclear-Test-Ban Act 2007
  • United Nations (Security Council Resolutions) Act 2003
  • Geneva Conventions and Additional Protocols Act 2002, and its 2011 amendment
  • Cook Islands Red Cross Society Act 2002

The register

A register of each instrument, with the date it entered into force and a link to the text where one is available, will be published here.

Until then, email [email protected] or call +682 29 347, Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 4:00pm.
